Frequently Asked Questions
How does the subscription work?
You start with a 48-hour trial for €0.50 with full access. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription continues at €39.90 per month, renewed automatically every month until you cancel.
What happens at the end of the trial?
If you have not cancelled, the subscription converts automatically into a monthly plan at €39.90, charged to the same payment method. The first monthly period starts at the end of the trial.
How do I cancel?
At any time, without notice or fee, from your account or from the cancellation page. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for and receive a confirmation by e-mail.
How many searches and reports are included?
Searches are unlimited. You can generate up to 20 detailed reports per monthly period, downloadable as PDF. Unused reports are not carried over to the next period.
What information can I find with your service?
Depending on the sources available, a report can gather contact details, address history, social media profiles and public records. All data comes from publicly available sources and is presented in an organised format.
